1. Nature of Service
Jianzhao is an AI-assisted analysis platform grounded in BaZi (Eight Pillars) and Zi Wei Dou Shu astrology, providing academic reference and self-awareness tools. This service is for personal reference only. It does not constitute and must not replace any medical, legal, financial, or psychological professional advice. All analysis reports reflect probabilistic tendencies and do not guarantee accuracy or outcomes.
2. Account Terms
- You must provide a valid email address at registration;
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Losses due to credential compromise are your responsibility;
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared;
- Each user may register one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free usage limits is prohibited.
3. Free and Paid Services
Free service includes: BaZi chart, five-element distribution, ten-deity mapping, and structural overview. Each account may create multiple profiles, each generating one free reading.
Deep Analysis (paid): Charged per analysis or by subscription, at prices published on the platform. Once payment is confirmed, report generation begins immediately. Because AI generation is irreversible, refunds are generally not available after a report has been initiated, except in cases of system failure preventing report delivery.
Credits: Purchased credits expire per the terms stated at purchase. Unused subscription quota does not carry over after membership expiry.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use this service as a basis for medical, legal, financial, or gambling decisions;
- Scrape or bulk-extract report content;
- Attempt to bypass access controls or service limits;
- Enter false birth information to test the system;
- Generate and distribute readings about others without their explicit consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform's methodology framework, system architecture, UI design, and brand belong to Jianzhao Lab. Your personal birth data and report content belong to you; you grant the platform the right to process, store, and display this data for the duration of your use. Reports may not be commercially resold.
6. AI Content Disclaimer
Reports are generated by AI based on astrology academic models. Accuracy, completeness, and applicability are not guaranteed. AI outputs may contain errors or diverge from specific classical schools. Jianzhao Lab is not liable for consequences arising from decisions made in reliance on report content.
7. Service Changes & Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time. We will endeavor to give advance notice to paid subscribers for significant changes. Refund policies for unused balances upon service termination will be published separately.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
